The Signifier

Story-driven investigation adventure, conceptually similar to Transference, but with less mystical vibes and more closer to futuristic life

Strong sides:

  • Very interesting story line
  • Awesome atmosphere and concept
  • Good voice acting and interactions
  • Nice and authentic visuals
  • Original game mechanics

Weak sides:

  • Really buggy from the box (totally unplayable till you switch to STANDING mode in the settings)
  • Font issues in some language translations
  • Some controls could be better
  • Big amount of bug during gameplay

Summary and conclusion:

A really impressive game that lures you with intriguing and strong story, but upsets with huge amount of bugs, despite the fact that a considerable period of time has passed since the release. Although there is hope that someday this will be fixed, it is too interesting not to go through it even despite the problems
