Pros

  • + Great visual style and fantastic environments
  • + Great cinematic scenes and story narration
  • + New climbing mechanics and interactions
  • + Wide range of weapons, melee combat
  • + Strong story line, life monologues and humor
  • + Amazing co-op is still here (including cross-platform support)

Cons

  • – Frequent crashes and bugs
  • – Controls behavior is not stable good, after HL Alyx's perfection doesn't look okay today for such class of game
  • – Lack of really impressive innovative elements if you compare with prequel

A nice, but technically not perfect AAA game from legendary studio. It's predecessor was a phenomenal game for it's time and you expect more or less the same from the sequel. It features new mechanics and companion, but nothing innovative and special. Our verdict: Buy on sale or wait for patch.

Pros

  • + Absolutely stunning visuals even on Quest 2
  • + Top quality of world interactions, parkour and distant combat techniques
  • + Amazing environments and full-scale maps of 3 different epochs
  • + Quite strong story line and really good voice acting
  • + Lots of comfort, assistance and control options, difficulty settings

Cons

  • – In some combat scenarios character control could be clumsy or overcomplicated
  • – Close combat could be made a bit better
  • – Might be a bit difficult for a people new in VR (despite the useful tutorials)
  • – Some aspects and small details of the game still need polishing

It's an amazing AAA game, one of the best and exciting VR titles of the recent years and a debut to Ubisoft's original series to VR platforms. This game exceeded our expectations in most of it's sides, but we strongly recommend you to set it up closely to your comfort before start playing it not to ruin the impression.

Pros

  • + Great visual look, effects and look
  • + Absolutely stunning gameplay mechanics and tabletop implementation
  • + Extended range of creatures and spells
  • + Really addicting PvP mechanics, which totally changes the game emotions
  • + Much shorter match lenght (15-30 mins)
  • + Cross-platform support and good matchmaking

Cons

  • – A little bit overpriced
  • – Needs some extended features to have more difference with the original DEMEO
  • – Lacks more variative game modes and exclusive content for that price

This is a really good spin-off or evolution of the original game, that totally changes the main objective and strategy. A fast-paced variation of the original game, where you turn your weapons against real players and get a bit shorter match time (15-30 min vs 3 hours in original Demeo) and different game approach. In our opinion it's a really good evolution of Demeo universe for the community.

Pros

  • + Very original stylistics of the game
  • + Really impressive look&feel and voice acting
  • + Comfortable interactions and strong story line
  • + Very original scenario, environments and puzzles
  • + Nicely worked sound track and atmosphere

Cons

  • – Lack of checkpoints (if you fail you start over)
  • – Missing new original mechanics and ideas
  • – Some persons might find it too difficult (even with clues)

Developers saved original atmosphere and game vibes, which is really nice for the fans, but as a second sequel it brings only lots of new content without some innovative ideas and mechanics. So it's a perfect fit if you like the series and would like to get more content.

Pros

  • + Really nice look and feel
  • + High quality graphics and environments
  • + Really good and clean interactions/tools
  • + Original loading screen and scene transitions
  • + Very impressive scale mechanics

Cons

  • – In some cases too much and a little bit boring narration
  • – Lack of assistance/tips (critical as game is oriented on children)
  • – Missing possibility to skip specific parts
  • – Not much languages supported

A nice educational game, that opens a new VR format for Kurzgesagt for their educational content. The game is designed very well, but in some details might be a bit boring for a small children. We found it a bit complicated to pass for a child, without a hints and guidelines.

Pros

  • + Nice graphics, clear mechanics and overall feeling
  • + Good workouts for hands, legs and body movements
  • + Wide range of environments
  • + Move support and leaderboards

Cons

  • – Personally I didn't liked the soundtrack
  • – Feedback feeling is missing, objects interaction is a bit clumsy
  • – Lack of ability to turn off 360º mode

It's something in the middle between fitness game and music rhythm game with huge amount of movements. If you don't care about monotonous gameplay and you don't get bored by replaying the same for a while, this would be fine for you. But if your motivation isn't enough there might be better candidate for your fitness game

Pros

  • + Very interesting story line
  • + Awesome atmosphere and concept
  • + Good voice acting and interactions
  • + Nice and authentic visuals
  • + Original game mechanics

Cons

  • – Really buggy from the box (totally unplayable till you switch to STANDING mode in the settings)
  • – Font issues in some language translations
  • – Some controls could be better
  • – Big amount of bug during gameplay

A really impressive game that lures you with intriguing and strong story, but upsets with huge amount of bugs, despite the fact that a considerable period of time has passed since the release. Although there is hope that someday this will be fixed, it is too interesting not to go through it even despite the problems

Cons

  • – Poor look&feel
  • – Weak interactions and environment
  • – Lots of 360* panoramas and mid-quality videos mixed in gameplay

Something in the middle between interactive movie, 360 theatre act video and a game. Definetely not for everyone, but might be fine for fans of Conan Doyle
