Pirate Queen: A Forgotten Legend

A story-oriented narrative naval adventure with puzzle elements, telling a story of most famous pirate leader woman. Game is inspired by Asiatic vibes and real biography of Cheng Shih.

Strong sides:

  • Nice graphics and original visual style
  • Impressive naval fleet scenes
  • High quality voice acting
  • Authentic environments and atmosphere
  • Original style of storytelling

Weak sides:

  • Weak game mechanics in general
  • A bit boring and repetitive gameplay
  • Not a strong story line
  • Gets boring after playing a couple of chapters
  • Quite short (around 1-1.5 hours in total)
  • Historical inaccuracies

Summary and conclusion:

Very authentic game with some impressive scenes and nice actors, but in general monatomic and quite 'scriptish' and a bit weak story. We'd recommend it as a short immersive tour with naval vibes for the fans of pirate stories and/or asia
